GRADES

Before i get started on anything else,
let me tell you guys my already-recieved results.
Not really very good. :(

• Geography (Section A): 9/15 :(
• History (Section A): 19/25 :)
• Science (Overall): 43.5/100 :'(
• Chinese (Overall): 54/110 :'(
• Mathematics (Paper 1): 26/50 :)
• Mathematics (Paper 2): 26/50 :)

As you guys can see, i failed 2 subjects.
My worst subjects.
Yeaps, although i'm in HCL, Higher Chinese,
doesnt mean tat i'm suppose to do very well for chinese.
But still, i worked hard for the paper, and yet i still didnt pass.
But, cant blame anyone but myself for only doing last-minute revision.
So, i'm going to work very very very hard of EOY Exams.
I HAVE to do well. I promised Meiling that i'd try to go opal with her.
So...Haix, 1 more mark to passing chinese. :(
I failed science, too. I just cant seem to get interested in that subject. Zzz.
I FINALLY PASSED MATHS ! Only by 2 marks, but its an improvement :D
I can work harder :D I really need to work ard on my Algebra..
I'm still waiting for Geography and History ! I want to score for these two subjects.

Ohwell, saw my friend being very upset about her results today.
People, if you want to set a standard for yourself,
dont put it to such a high level first. Cause if you cant do it,
you'll feel a very strong sense of disappointment.
Like my friend, lets call her Milk.
Milk is a very smart girl. She is not the top scorer,
but one of them. But she is the smartest girl in class.
But when compared to the guys in certain subjects, she's always the 2nd or 3rd.
She doesnt like that. She wants to get first.
So, she set high goals for herself. Some, even full marks.
Then today, when we recieved our results, she was so disappointed with herself,
she started to abuse herself. I shant tell you how, but it was really stupid.
She gave herself too much pressure, too much stress.
Which i think, is very very unhealthy.
Another friend, let's call her Cereal.
Cereal, is a total slacker.
Well, she still studies, but, never seem to work hard enough.
She failed quite a number of subjects.
And then, she was badly critisized by a teacher.
She was so mad, she was complaining to me all the way.
She told me, she must work hard, to prove herself during the EOY Exams.

But people, working hard, in anything, its not just to prove yourself,
not to make other people proud, not to make you feel happy,
but, its also to make yourself proud of youself.
Take milk for an example, she worked so hard..
She really just wants so impress her parents,
who is always comparing her to her siblings.
&' Cereal, who just wants to prove herself.
Well, i wish the both of them, all the best, Ladies (: (L)

If you cheat in an Exam, you got good grades, will you be happy?
If you worked real hard, and got good grades, will you be happy?
Which one would be happier? I dont know about you,
but i'd choose the second option than the first.
Because, i'll feel proud of myself.
If i'd choose the first option, i'll feel so guilty, i wouldnt be able to feel happy.
I'm delivering this msg to some people i saw C_E_Ting.
I wont say who, i shall keep them anoymous, but, really,
DONT YOU FEEL SHAME?!

Enough of scolding, i just hope you guys will not put too much pressure on yourselves.
Aim high, but dont directly aim to the sky.
If you get a 'C' dont aim so quickly to a 'A*'
If you get a 'C', aim to 'B' first, then slowly to 'A'.
Dont say no time, we're still Children, most of us only 13.
We still have plenty of time left. But dont take this for granted too. :)

Hehe, back to talking properly :D
